Direction: Put 30-50 ml into spray bottle then tight the spray head. Insert nozzle slowly into vagina then squeeze the bottle. Keep the water inside for one minute then let it flow out freely. Wash the sprayer with clean water then keep it with the product that left over.

For removing odor, simply use the UfresHer to spray the private area 3-5 times, no wash/rinse necessary, leave it dry naturally or wipe with clean soft tissue.
