However, if you feel dissatisfied with the quality of our products, simply return the products within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund. Full refunds will be offered for damage free products with proof of purchase.
Q: If I'm dissatisfied with the product, can I return the product any time?
A: If you're not satisfied with the purchase within 30 days of delivery, you have the right to return it for a refund or exchange. You will be required to show the proof of purchase to obtain a refund. You will receive a refund as soon as we receive, inspected and verify the product is in new or like new condition and in the original packing. Otherwise we will give you a partial refund depending on the damage incurred during shipping. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling fee for the returned products as well as the initial shipping fee of the order along with a 5% payment processing and restocking fee. We will not refund your money if it's more than 30 days after the purchase.
Q: What is the procedure if my order arrives damaged?
A: We will reimburse your money for the damaged items or resend you the replacement if you claim the damage within 3 business days of delivery and provide us proof of damage (In most cases digital pictures of damaged items in email form will be accepted). Therefore, we advise you to open the boxes immediately after you receive the order. We will not accept any damage claims after 3 business days of delivery.
For damaged items, we will only be responsible for the products you purchased from us and not additional charges incurred during installation or use. Which include but are not limited to: 1. Installation fees due to rescheduling or extended time. (We recommend not scheduling installation until the product is in your possession.) 2. Faulty products purchased out side of Ustrong-usa.com causing damage to our product. 3. Replacement parts purchased out side of Ustrong-usa.com. 4. Damages to any personal items and/or our product during installation.
Your damage claim will be denied if: 1. Request was filed out of the 3 day damage claim period. 2. Damage occurred to a free gift. 3. Insufficient proof was given of the damages. 4. Damage occurred during installation. 4. Seal for health products is broken.

A: The delivery time will vary due to your location. However, our average shipping time is between 3 to 5 business days. Product that is too large for FedEx or UPS will be shipped via trucking companies. Internatinal orders will take 7-10 business days.
